Yankees/ Indians

This weekend the Yankees played the Cleveland Indians!! At home i thought it would be a easy 123 series but the Indians were all rite. This 4 game set had everything the ups and downs for the Yankees messed up bullpen and some timely hitting on top of that. The Yankees ended May they wanted to besides the part that the Rays are on top they are killing the Rays are playing great and that what the Yankees need ti watch out for.  Back to this series the Yankees who won it 3 games to 1. This is a great boast and to do it on this Home stand was the better part! When this series started on Friday the Yankees looked for a strong outing from Phil Hughes and they got one who pitched  seven innings with 8 strike outs!!

This kid Hughes is something special i am happy the Yankees didnt trade him when all the mess about that was going on,,, This is a guy that is real real good when his stuff is their he is up their with the best!!! And O Yea you know that kid Robbie Cano he had a Homer along with Nick!!

Lets skip the next two games the next game the Yankees lost 11-13 but they should have won but the Bull pen messed up and gave up 7 runs in the 7th so no point talking about it..

Than on Sunday the Yankees won 7-3!!

Than came the Memorial day game with the Yankees winning 11-2 Cano had yet another homer and The story of the Day was A-Rod's Grand Slam!! The Indians walked Mark and Loaded the bases and thats when A-Rod hit a Bomb to center Field! That homer overshadowed Andy pitching well he threw 7 inning of one run ball!!

He been playing good all year!! Up next the Baltimore  orioles This should be easy but lets see what the Yankees do!
